Please check the pic and let me know

Hello,
Thank you for the follow up and sharing the picture.
Did it appear post shaving?
It mostly looks like folliculitis, ( infection of the hair follicle ), initially which starts as an allergic manifestation. Raised up dots are typical for an allergic manifestation.
I will recommend the application of the following for a week and then let me know :
1) Mupirocin ointment - 2-3 times on the white spots.
2) Calamine lotion 2-3 times, it will provide a soothing effect.
Regards.

Patient replied :

If hair follicle it has to be where hair is but second picture shows it too. that area now there are 3 dots first it was 1

Hello,
Yes your question is valid, folliculitis starts in the hair follicle spot.
It is present in other areas too. And this is due to the allergic reaction. The raised spots are typical for an allergy.
Application of Mupirocin + Calamine will be helpful.
Please get back to me after applying both the medications for at least one week.
Based on the response, we will proceed.
Regards.
