Hello,
Thank you for your follow-up.
Since you're taking high dose NSAIDs, they put a lot of pressure on the gastric lining, and cause reflux. Often the only symptom is chest pain.
Chest pain in the middle could be due to the gastritis from the medicine, however, at the age of 73. it is better you get a ECG done to rule out any cardiac causes of pain.
I will advise you take Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily, once in the morning empty stomach, and once in the evening. This should make a difference.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

I am afraid I have withdrawal symptoms decause I take less medicine. Wat should I do. No burning
Hello,
No, it does not seem to be related to withdrawal, as opiate withdrawal needs a longer exposure, your exposure is only for a few weeks.
The common symptoms of withdrawal are agitation, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, e.t.c, you have not reduced the dose substantially. Can you kindly tell me what is the indication for the medicine?
You mentioned that you have taken the medicines for past few weeks, and that is not enough to cause withdrawal. Moreover, you have reduced the dose a bit, so withdrawal is not probable here. I also advised you an echocardiogram to rule out any cardiac causes of chest pain.
