Hello. Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
Plan B should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
So you do not need to repeat the dosage, as it has not been 72 hours yet.
However, please use regular contraception, as repeated intake of Plan B is ineffective and fraught with side effects.
Take care.
Please feel free to discuss further.

Thank you so much for your answer and time, would you recommend any regular contraception? I need to go to the gynecologist but anyway let me know if you would recomMend something to me...
Thank you,
Hello.
Sure, I could make some suggestions and ultimately the choice is yours.
Condoms are always a great idea as they protect against STDs also.
If condoms are not preferable, you can opt for birth control pills, eg - Marvelon, Femilon ( if you let me know where you reside, I can suggest some local brands ).
Another choice is for intra uterine devices - copper containing or again, hormone containing (Eg. Mirena).
Take care.

Thank you so much Dr. Aarti Vazirani,
I live in Miami...
You would need a prescription for birth control.
Go with any brand , there are many available, and all comparable.
