Resolved question:
I am 8 weeks pregnant and I'm having severe cramping in my abnomin... I have had 3 successful pregnancy so far so to me it feels like I'm having contractions.. Could I be having a miscarriage?

Cramps could indicate a possible miscarriage.
However you are not having any spotting / bleeding so far, that is a good sign.
Cramps could also be due to a stomach bug, or just simple cramps sometimes in early pregnancy.
It is best not to ignore it though.
Please seek medical attention and have an internal evaluation and an ultrasound scan that will assess the status of the cervix ( mouth of the uterus ) .
