Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I think you can wait till your appointment that has been scheduled for next week.
What you have experienced is an abnormal period, that deviates from your routine.
As long as pregnancy ( or related complications such as ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage ) are ruled out, there is no cause for panic.
I think the abnormal bleeding can be attributed to the hormonal imbalance ( or PCOS ) that you mentioned.
PCOS is a condition of baseline hormonal imbalance, that leads to erratic ovulation and menstruation.
Can you upload the reports done so far , so that I can provide a better opinion ?
Stress, anxiety, weight gain, travelling, ingestion of hormonal medications or medications that affect the hormonal axis ( for example antidepressants ) , late nights, erratic eating habits, smoking, drinking, recent surgery or illness , thyroid hormone dysfunction - all could be responsible.
Please have a thorough internal check up ( per vaginum and per speculum ) when you see your doctor.
Please insist on a pelvic ultrasound scan done transvaginally - it would rule out ovarian cysts / endometrial hyperplasia / polyp / fibroid etc.
Also, a complete hormonal panel ( to tell you specifically what tests, I need to see what has already been done, so kindly send across ).
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
I am not asking about me .i am asking about my husband analysis test.Read the question again please

Please go through the answer again, only the last 5 - 6 lines refer to you, the rest was for your husband.
Your comment - can both of us take clomiphene , and chances of pregnancy, which is why I gave a few guidelines for your management also.
Yes, both of you can take clomiphene simultaneously, it will not have any adverse effects.
Chances of getting pregnant depend as I said, on your ovulation and the patency of your fallopian tubes.
For your husband, if the cause of abnormal morphology is hormonal deficiency ( if his blood tests are done for the same ) , then yes, clomid might help in improving the report.
He needs to have the assessment as outlined by me earlier.
Take care.
