You are suffering from watery nasal discharge and tinnitus.
Most likely, you are suffering from nasal allergy (allergic rhinitis), which is causing Eustachian tube dysfunction ( tube connecting between ear and nose).
Both conditions can be treated easily.
Still to confirm diagnosis, you need examination by Ent specialist. He can do ear and nose examination and can do audiogram (hearing test) to rule out other causes of tinnitus.
Till that you can start tab. Levocetirizine 5 mg one in night for 15 days.

I think I need prescription for Levocetirizine 5 mg. are those issues related to having watery eyes in the morning. I keep having watery eyes when I first got out of home!

Yes, watery eyes is also a sign of allergies.
It will get better once you start Levocetirizine.
