Hello,
Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring.
I have gone through the medical history. An important fact to consider here is that the symptoms and signs you have listed here is unlikely to be related to each other.
The lack of sensation at the left lower lips and teeth is probably due to a damage to a nerve called inferior alveolar nerve. This is a nerve that supplies that particular area. The nerve could be entrapped in the canal filling and since it been more than months since the procedure unfortunately there is very less chance that the nerve can be recovered. However please discuss this with your Dental Surgeon and see whether it is a good option to explore the nerve by removing the filling (and thereby easing the pressure on it). The pain in mandible could be realted
The lymph nodes can be due to infection or inflammation. If no other nodes are enlarged (to be assessed by your Doctor) and if you have no singnificant symptoms you can just leave it alone. You may also do a blood tests called Complete Blood Count + Peripheral smear to make sure that your blood counts are alright. If this is normal and if you have no other major symptoms you can just leave it alone. Remember lymph nodes are normal glands in the body
In view of other symptoms you need to get a baseline blood (complete blood count) and ECG done. You can take an OTC anti ulcer medication like Prilosec once a day for 14 days. Take it just before bed time. This should help in the stomach related symptoms.
Please get back to me with a Complete Blood count and ECG. Alternatively you can review with your GP.
Hope this helps

Hi,
I already did those requESTS; As per the doctor every thing is going normal results except of the high uric acid and the high blood presure from time to time. ECG done also with no abnormality in results.
I have doubts that my issue is related to the 5th nurve pair as I have read about them and saw many similar syptoms with that.
For stomach issues; i Would like to let you know that Iam taking nexium/40 right now every morning once aday; Should I stop it and start using the Prilosec
Nexium is a good option, you need not change it . Just make sure you are taking it without food.
The nerve which I talked about - " inferior alverolar nerve " is one of THE BRANCHES of 5th Nerve you are talking about. I am pretty sure this nerve is involved. May be you can ask specifically about this nerve. I am bit surprised to learn that your Doctors are not giving you proper guidance.
The approach should be like : - Access whether the nerve is salvageable , if yes - proceed with removal of the filling
If not - Measure to prevent injuries and trauma to lips and gums. Make sure that you not having too hot food items as you might burn your lower lips. Also avoid injuries and accidental bites. Have self examination for any injury or wounds every day before brushing.
