With the limited information, you have provided, I can say that these pertain to needle EMG (electromyography) findings. This means there is neurogenic damage (damage to peripheral nerves or nerve roots). Also, the disease process is most likely non progressive (unlikely to get worse over time).

Does it mean just that, or does reinnervation also mean that the body is (trying to) repair the damage ?
And if that's the case; could you suggest a certain protocol to assist my body in this process ?

Reinnervation is an EMG finding and does not give any information regarding whether the body is trying to repair the damage or not. However, nerve injury does try to recover on own. Vitamin supplements such as B12, pyridoxine, thiamine and alpha lipoic acid may aid in recovery of injured nerve.
