Resolved question:
After some vigirous and long masturbating last night I notice what looked like red spots on my penis shaft as I retracted my foreskin this morning. I did have sex 13 days ago and I'm just a little concerned this might be herpes!? I do have a tight foreskin and this was quite a long masturbating session so I'm hoping this is just bruising, when less retracted (nothing on head of penis except one small amount of redness) this redness seems to be on my foreskin, it appears as two red dots with a slightly bigger blotchier red patch nearer the bottom. Any advice most welcome. Pictures attached.

I understand your concern.
I have seen the images and this looks like injury due to the friction from your masturbation. This does not look like herpes sores. They present in clusters and are extremely painful, invariably associated with a rash extending up to the anus.
So, kindly do not worry. You need to avoid masturbation for at least 4-5 days, till there is recovery.
