I can understand your concern.

You seem to be having fungal infection with eczematization. I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with clotrimazole cream twice a day for a week n see if it helps.

In case it doesn't start improving with the creams it would be best to consult your dermatologist.

As I mentioned this seems to be due to a recurrent fungal infection. I would suggest that you apply the creams I suggested.
Also, maintain local hygiene with regular changing of underwear. more sweating increases the chances of fungal infections.
