Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern. I reviewed the picture.
You don't seem to be having syphilis. But you seem to be having herpes. However the picture is unclear. I would recommend that you visit your doctor and let him examine you thoroughly and confirm the diagnosis. It can be diagnosed best on physical examination.
Please let me know if you have any queries.

Patient replied :
Thank you doctor. But i just looked at my tongue and it looks a lot better now and the rashes are almost gone. Does this change anything in your diagnosis? I attached two photos. And should I see an urologist or who exactly? My town does not have very good hospitals. Should i travel to a good hospital and doctor or would a decent hospital be enough to examine me?
Thank you
Hello
Thanks for your reply.
The tongue looks fine now. I would recommend meeting a dermatologist. It seems that what you had is called migratory glossitis which is a temporary condition and clears up on its own.

Patient replied :
Thank you, doctor. My tongue today looks worse than yesterday and i attached a photo of it. Also I masterbated today and since then i feel like the beginning of a flu-like feeling and i have felt this in the last few times i had sex but not always and the feeling goes away in a day. The feeling is not serious as the symptoms of POIS I read about in the internet. Just mild headache and fatigue. I have told you also that i took Levofloxacin for a month for my prostate and it has helped me but I dont feel i am completely recovered because the urine flow is not perfect and i get sometimes very slightly hot urine. I might be mistaken and I forgot how normal urination feels like because it has been a long time. I am not sure. Does what i said bring back the possibility of having Herpes?
Thank you very much. I appreciate it.
Hello
Thanks for your reply.
This is migratory glossitis that means it comes on its own and goes on its own. Doesnt look like herpes or a std. The treatment would be symptomatic. Usually the condition may last upto a year.
It would be best to consult your urologist for your prostate related concerns.
