Red lump with little popups in foreskin. HPV?

Hi i have has this pop up over the last few months.. there was a few little ones and now 1 red lump i think is hpv coke up now.. and also a couople under the forskin rite on the base of my knob..please tell me what this is and what i can get from the chemist to treat this because im not comphtable seeing a doctor

I can understand your concern.

This seems to be molluscum contagiosum which is a viral infection caused by the pox virus. It is sexually transmitted. It spreads by auto innoculation.

The treatment for it would be application of Aldara cream on the lesions. You will need a prescription for it. It's not available over the counter.
