Resolved question:
Rash appeared over the last 6 weeks. Does not itch and is not raised. Four quarter sized places and many small red patches. Localized to the inner forearms (2 quarter sized places), backside of upper legs (1 quarter sized place), lower back( last quarter place), and abdominal and side has patches of red blotches that are pea shaped. 5-10 in each area. No pain. Larger spots are in a circular shape with a reddish pink color and resemble ringworm but do not itch and are not raised. Smaller spots are red or pinkish throughout and also do not itch and are not raised. Rash does not feel warm or swollen. What could this possibly be?

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.
From the pictures, it seems to be a condition called pityriasis rosea. It's a viral infection and causes skin lesions which follows its own course of 6 to 8 weeks and then resolves on its own.
Usually no treatment is required as it resolves its own.
In case you get itching, you can apply calamine lotion to soothe it.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Regards.
