As such, a pulse rate of 90 is within normal limits.
I need to know what is your normal resting pulse rate and then can opine if this is worrisome.
Also, shortness of breath is a common symptom of early pregnancy due to the blood flow changes.
Mild sress, anxiety, unaccustomed walking or straining , even intercourse, can sometimes bring on these symptoms.
Rest for a few hours should obviate them.
IF they recur on a regular basis, persist or worsen, a cardiological evaluation would be in order.
Have a habit of napping frequently or atleast reclining.
