Psychogenic impotence

This loss of erection can be due to a lot of reasons. But Sexually competent men who had no sexual problems until "one night when they could not perform" and thereafter become impotent invariably have psychogenic impotence. Same is with the case of masturbation.

So most likely it is your mind playing tricks. You need not worry about this now and can wait for few more days. Since you are otherwise asymptomatic and there are no obvious signs or symptoms - most likely there is nothing organic or serious.

Just keep things normal. Do not overly try to get stimulated sexually. Everything should be alright.

For now what you need to do is just keep your mind of this symptom. Do not worry or be bothered about it. Also regarding the bike riding make sure you are using some cushioning or something so that there is no constant pressure on your testes.

Avoid alcohol or cigarets if you have that habit. No medications are required now. Everything should be back to normal in a week, If not you may require some tests. Most likely this is a passing phase and you should not be overly concerned about this.

Thank you very much doctor, I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarette at all, I do exercise everyday and quit healthy person. Its a big relief that its a passing phase. I will definitely use cautions during riding bike. which kind of tests are required for this and what may be the reason behind it?
Last night when i was sleeping my penis got harder but not like previously (rock hard) hope its coming back to its normal stage.

Welcome back, last night is a good sign, it means you are improving. The tests required to be done are. 1) Serum testosterone level 2) Duplex Doppler Imaging.
You do not need to get the tests done right now, as you are showing signs of improvement. I would say, continue the healthy lifestyle, and wait and watch. Feel free to follow up.

As i said in night I had that feeling, but during day time its not at all getting harder.As you said i am not trying to getting it harder and trying to live normal daily routine.
