I've been having a problem with my penis for the last 2 months now. I'm very worried. I have a GP appointment tommorow and I have so many questions about what might happen next. Or at least what to expect as far as health care goes.

This whole things started about 2 months ago. My glands started feeling swollen and sore and eventually all hell broke loose. A rash formed on the neck of my penis and very small ulcers formed as well. Also, I've noticed a fairly large ulcer developing on the left underside of my penis as well.

At this point I headed to an STD clinic and was tested ghonnorhea, clamydia, HIV and Syphallus. Everything at that time came back negative. I started using OTC canesten cream for 3 weeks with the idea that maybe this whole thing was fungal....no change.

Now, I live in Canada....I made a GP appointment here but I felt the need to be seen sooner than 3 weeks so I headed over to a local walk in clinic. Doctor looked at everything and ruled out Herpes and gave me a prescription for a stronger Canesten Cream with Hydrocortisone. I used this for about 10 days and the rash got a little bit better but not completly gone. Ulcers are still present and still incredably painful.

I headed to a local Emergency department where I got a referal to a Dermatologist and was given 2g Flagyl po x1 for assumed trichmoniasis infection. This helped a little bit but still not much change.

Dermatologist looked at things and noted the ulcers covering the shaft and neck of my penis but that was were the appointment ended...no other tests.

I don't know what else I can do. Advil seems to mask this more or less and I've been applying polysporin to the ulcers...they don't appear open and sore but the also don't appear to be healing either.

Any insight into this would be incredibly helpful here. I just need information about where this is headed and what kind of things should I expect from my GP at this point in time....
