Hello doctor,I am 28 years old male. I am residing at Jammu Kashmir; I have been living here for last 2 years. I have been suffering from premature ejaculation and associated problems. I want to become free of it and also want to last longer. Is there any medicine for it, which is locally available in Jammu Kashmir? Can you advise me some pills or medication so that make me last longer? I never had an erection problem but as soon as I get through the vagina I turn out and it does not end even 30 seconds. Therefore I cannot enjoy my sexual activity too longer. I am very conscious about my sex. What should I do? Can you give me some advises in the form medicine or other methods. Please help me.
