my wife is 20 weeks pregnant. CMV Igg value has been increasing though CMV Igm is negative. is it a concern?

Having gone through your reports, I can assure you that there is no reason to worry. Ig G is immunoglobulin G, that is raised in response to past infection , exposure or immunity to any agent.
Recent infection that requires treatment would result in high Ig M values.
As Ig M values are negative, there is no scope for treatment, or any ground for concern.
You do not have to worry about the increasing values , because it just indicates past infection and good immunity to CMV.
There is no need for repeated tests regarding this also.
Just stop worrying about it, and have a happy pregnancy !
