Resolved question:
My daughter is 29 and 7 months pregnant.
She is under a lot of stress due to work etc
Last night she complaint that she lost her vision for a very short period and i worry so much.
She does not remember if it was one eye or both but she was scared too.
She refuses to see a doctor saying she is fine.

If she has completely recovered her vision, there is no need to worry now. However, if the symptom of vision loss recurs, then, she would need evaluation by a neurologist to rule out an ischemia (lack of blood flow to brain) or demyelinating illness (due to damage of optic nerve covering). This would require MRI scan of brain and visual evoked potential studies. Both are safe in pregnancy.
