I can understand your problem
You are suffering from seasonal allergy, post nasal drip. Now your main concern in neck swelling/lymphnode with tenderness.
Painful neck swelling/lymph node is due to infection only. So you need to start following medication.
Cap. Augementin (amoxicillin + clavulanic acid ) 625 mg two times for five days
Continue allegra-d and ibuprofen for 3 to 5 days.
If swelling still persist then need to be examined and a detailed evualation can be done including USG(Ultrasonograpy) of neck , laryngeal endoscopy if required, FNAC. At present you need to think about all these investigation.

I actually have an allergy to Penicillin, Amoxycillin and Sulfa. Is there another equivalent medication? Are you able to legally give prescriptions in the U.S.?

If you are allergic to penicillin, you can take Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg once in a day for 5 days.
Online consultation is only advice, it can not be treated as prescription.
Prescription you have to take from local physician only.
