Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.
You seem to have got psoriasis. The plaques that you have suggest that is psoriasis. Is a chronic skin disorder and can be kept in check with proper treatment. You need to apply a thick moisturizer on the patches. Also you can apply cortisone cream on it twice a day for ten days n see if it helps.
You will need to see your doctor for a prescription for a stronger steroid cream like mometasone in case cortisone doesn't help .
You can take tab. Claritin 5mg once daily at night to control the itching.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care

Hi thank you, just wondering could it be anything else(from the photos)? thanks for the answer!
Hello,
No from the images shared, it definitely looks like psoriasis.
Cortisone will definitely help you.
Let me know after application of cortisone at least for 10 days.
Regards.
