Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Blood in the semen is known as hematospermia. Hematospermia is usually caused by raised blood pressure or some infection. However, in some patients no cause can be identified. When no cause can be identified nothing needs to be done and there is nothing to worry about.
You should get your blood pressure checked at regular intervals and if found high, start treatment for the same. Nothing else needs to be done considering the fact that all other investigations of yours are normal.
Take care.
Sincerely

Thanks for the reply but I am really worried Dr.
I have some questions please reply to me.
where the semen is coming from especially when I am passing stool? I want to focus on one organ. I think is the prostate.
Does any sexual activities can cause even if it is not manikg actual sex.
Is thi not aa sign of any serious problem?
Do I need to do any analysis/imaging to know if there are any other issues.
Thanks a lot.
Dear Sir,
Whenever you strain to pass stool you can pass urethral secretions or secretions from prostate and they appear as semen.
Even masturbation can cause blood to appear in semen. Having blood in semen is not an indicator of any serious problem and one just needs to rule out high blood pressure.
You have already undegone all the investigations possible and nothing more is needed.
Take care.
Sincerely
