Picture comparison of subcutaneous fat of hand and facial fat

Well,
The person in the third photo has got the least amount of fat or such appearance in her hand. The second and third photo - appears equal. But if I had to make a choice - I would say the person in the second photo appears to has the slightly lesser fat or such appearance.

PS : Subcutaneous fat cannot be measured visually (especially when the difference are minor).

i want you to clarify the sequence again because you have not said anything about the first photo.

First photo appears to have more fat or fullness.
Then the second.
The least fat appearance for for third.
