The current bleeding is a sort of a side effect after using emergency contraception. Since the pill disrupts the normal hormonal signaling that regulates the menstrual cycle, irregular bleeding can occur. This will normalise within next cycle. You need to get in touch with your Doctor if here there is much more than 'normal' bleeding or if there is any other symptoms. Otherwise there is no reason to worry.

Thanks for your reply.. how to calculate her next cycle?. if her cycle is 28 days. the calculation will starts from 5/11/2013 or from 15/11/2013(recent bleed after pill). Is there any possibilities of pregnancy. Thanks.

You will not be accurately calculate the cycle. She will need to wait for a couple of months for her cycle to regularise and then see the pattern. No, there is no risk of pregnancy based on the information you provided.

Thanks a lot Dr. i got answers for almost all my Questions. A last one.. Bleeding Started yesterday and still continues.Is this needs to be consider as a periods? ..Is this will be continue for another 4 days as what she normally have for 4 days. Thanks again.

Honestly it is difficult to comment on duration of breakthrough bleeding in women. As it varies individually. But it could last upto 4 days.
