Resolved question:
I got a pretty bad sunburn on my back about 3 days ago. The past 2 nights (last night mainly) my skin started peeling and itching like crazy. I can't sleep and don't feel like going out in public with all this skin peeling. What should I do to speed up the process is there anything I should get from the local pharmacy?

I can understand your concern.
I would recommend application of cortisone lotion twice daily on the areas that are peeling. That would take care of the peeling. Also I would recommend application of a moisturizing Lotion to soothe your skin. Also i would recommend taking tab. Allegra 180 mg once daily to take care of the itching that you are experiencing.
Both of these are available over the counter.
