It is best not to 'pop ' such lesions.
You should not touch, rub, lance or handle it excessively, as it can spread infection.

Just apply a topical antibiotic cream.
Take warm to hot Sitz bath.
Keep the area clean.
Avoid using soaps, gels, douches, cleansers.
Just clean with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Have protected sex till the infection clears.
