Pain, popping sound in shoulder after ARTHROSCOPIC SURGERY.

Resolved question:
I had arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder on 12/4 Been doing PT for about 10 days now. The other day I reached out to pick up a salt shaker and my shoulder made a loud popping sound. Now if I lift my arm up I have pain and sometimes it will pop. I'm traveling with no access to my Doctor. Should I have it looked at or give it a little time?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
The pain at operated knee can be due to
-Loosening of implant
-Infection
-Soft tissue imbalance
If there are no other symptoms like fever or abnormal sound at knee or imbalance then your problem can be due to soft tissue problem and decrease muscle strength .At present you should get it checked & at least have a x ray which will guide us better.
Once you have the X-RAY you can get back to me and I will guide you further,
Regards.
Hope this will help you.

There us a little crepitus on the outer side of the patella. Don't think this is normal. What do you think?

Hello,
Crepitus is due to change in general architecture of cartilage.
This is one of age related changes in the joint.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
