I feel pain my trapezius mascle.
one day I went to dentist and he asked to oppen my mouth then I opened, I could not close again and he used force to close my mouth.
I met with another doctor and he said ''you got problem with tempromomandiblular joint .
After months trapezius started to pain. I went different doctors and asked to check if I have nerve problem, then they took scan and said ''We do not see any problem''
last time I met with nerv spicialist and he said ''your problem is the mascle''.
I want to go to germany how can you help me what can i do?.
What kind of doctor do i need?.

1. I would like to know the exact location of your pain. Like in which part of your body (as in back of shoulder, nape of neck etc etc). Also which side.
2. Is this pain related to Temperomandibular joint (since you have a history of TMJ joint dysfunction).
3. Is there any pain (shock like pain / sensation ) while coughing or sneezing.
4. Is this pain radiating to anywhere else to the body ?
5. Do you have pain throughout the day ? (It would be great if you can describe the pain)

Hi.
1) The pain is back of shoulder, between the shoulder and the neck And it is left side. ( Posterior(lateral) triangle of Trapezius muscle).
2).The pain it not related to Temperomandibluar joint.
3).When i couph i do not feel pain.
4).The pain not radiating to anywhere else, it is only between neck and shoulder.
5).I do not have the pain throughout the day, for example when i work like 4 ours or carry heavy thing after that i feel pain, wehn i sleep or rest i will be ok.

Thank you for the additional information you have provided.
Since you have specific and localized pain, there could be two reasons for the pain. 1 - A muscle or ligament injury at the location 2 - a Nerve involvement.
You have mentioned that 'scan' has been done and it was normal. I assume you were talking about a MRI scan. If so it is safe to assume that there is no musculoskeletal involvement , rather it is a nerve compression / irritation. This could occur in the neck where the nerves come out to through out the course of it till the muscle. Further investigation including a MRI might be required to find the reason for the pain.
Meanwhile you can try Physical therapies including TENS for pain relief. NSAIDs (pain and ant inflammatory medications ) should be taken for at least couple of weeks in consult with your Doctor. You can consult a Sports Medicine specialist / Orthopedic Surgeon for this.
