Resolved question:
Hello,
I am 41 years old and married. I had hard sex sometime early last year and started feeling pains in my penis as if it is hurt. It is Not excruciating but still a bit painful. I started going to the toilet to urinate frequently. I went to the normal GP and he told me all is okay. Going to the toilet frequently stopped after a while but noticed that whenever i have sex repeatedly, I will start going to urinate frequently again. I still feel some little uncomfortable sensation in my penis whenever I have sex.
I also noticed that my sexual activity has reduced as I get tired much faster than before. In addition, before now, I can jog a flight of stairs and be okay but lately I have pains in my thighs and knees when I do.
I also feel some little spasm on my left hand from time to time.
Please what could be the issue?

Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com. Dear Sir, I understand your concern and will do my best to help you. It is very difficult to point out the cause of your discomfort post intercourse. There is a possibility that your semen has some kind of infection and that makes the urination more frequent after intercourse. You should get investigated with semen culture and get treated accordingly. You should certainly get your general examination done to find out the cause of your fatigue. It is possible that it could be due to an underlying infection or it is also quite possible that it is just part of normal aging. However it still merits evaluation. The same is true for pain in thighs and knees and spasm in left hand. Let me know if you have any further queries. Take care.
