I understand your concern and will do my best to help you. It is very difficult to point out the cause of your discomfort post intercourse. There is a possibility that your semen has some kind of infection and that makes the urination more frequent after intercourse. You should get investigated with semen culture and get treated accordingly.

You should certainly get your general examination done to find out the cause of your fatigue. It is possible that it could be due to an underlying infection or it is also quite possible that it is just part of normal aging. However it still merits evaluation. The same is true for pain in thighs and knees and spasm in left hand.
