The location of the pain and the associated symptoms are suggestive of involvement of Gallbladder. It could be a chronic cholecystitis . Any pancreatic / gallbladder obstruction can also cause similar symptoms.
This require evaluation, and it SHOULD NOT be delayed any further under any circumstances.
Unlike other body systems abdominal complaints are bit non specific. But where there is suggestive sign like this it should be evaluated before leading to any complications.
Other cause like a Duodenal ulcer can also present like this. A definitive diagnosis is possible only after complete evaluation. I would recommend a complete blood count, Liver function tests, and a Ultrasound abdomen in consult with your Doctors.
Do you have any itching over the body ? Any yellowish discolouration of eyes ?
