I have pain in lower right abdomen, I removed my appendix about 10 years old patientago , the pain gets worse when I press on the area and since the Paine started about a week ago I have problems going to the bathroom , can anyone help please ?

2. What do you mean by having problem going to the bathroom?
3. Any burning pain during urination?
4. Any tests done so far?

Thanks for the additional information.
Pain in the right lower abdomen can occur due to appendicitis, mesentric lymphadenitis, urinary tract infection, right colon issues, ureteric stone and musculoskeletal pain.
Since appendix has been removed already we have to look for other causes mentioned above.
An ultrasound scan/ CT scan and an urinalysis may be done.
You are also constipated. Constipation again can cause lower abdominal discomfort.
Take high fiber diet that includes vegetables and fruits., fiber supplements and drink enough fluids for good bowel movements.
