I shall be interested to know whether you have any urinary symptoms or not. Sometimes cystitis infections present with a dull ache around the groin, and the muscles seem to be in spasm.
You need to get ultrasound KUB. If you don't have any symptoms and Ultrasound is normal then you need to be examined physically. Do you have any history of hernia in the past or in the family?

Good afternoon, the pain has subdued and is seems to be ok. Now i am suffering from what looks like a mild rash on my penis head. Blantits?There are tiny red bumps with no itching or puss or scabbing. It is jus slighty underconformatble and red.i am not circumsised.
