Hello,
Thank you fir your query at DoctorSpring.com
It looks from your details that most probably you may be having a problem related with sacroiliac joint at your lowe back. The pain of SI joint radiates anteriorly as well as to posterior aspect of thigh. There may be associated tightness of gluteal muscles. But with all these clicking is not associated..Presence of clicking is showing that there may aslo be either bursitis or a problem of labrum.
To rule out all of these, you should have a MRI of hip. This will be able to give out correct diagnosis.
At present you may have a good anti inflammatory analgesic agent. For such condition i used to prescribe a combination of tramadol with paracetamol with or without naprosyn.
You should also avoid running ,walking & standing for long duration.
Hope this will help you.,
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

So since the last time I went to ortho they said I was crazy... Navy Medical isn't the greatest. I still have pain radiating down to my foot where the right side tingles or hurts more. The pain goes from dull to I want to just someone to put me out of my misery. I find that it's worse running and walking upstairs. I get like I am crazy looks or that I am just whining. I have asked to go back to Orthopedics and for an MRI, I have been denied every time. I been to the chiropractor but the pain goes away temporary then comes back right away... I feel like I am not getting the medical care that I am needed and lost where to go from here. I am suppose to go to pain management and I am not sure what is going to happen.
