hi, I am 28 years old patientold man. I have been having pain between anus and scrotum for two months. I have a problem that I misturbate a lot. As well, I had sex two months ago and the girl was bleeding during the intercourse and I did not notice that until we were done. two days later, I mustirbated again and when I came I had tension and pain in that area. I did STD test two wakes later and all the results were negative.

Moreover, I have had pain burning on the right urine track for 4 years old patientwith constipation. two days after that tension pain that I had after the mustirbation some thin white strings came out with urine and that hurt a lot and I had burning sensation in the penis, it was not the first time that happens to me. then I noticed that the pain and the burning sensation on the right urine track disappeared.

I have seen three doctors, one of them said that he could not see anything on the outside except some redness and he said that it could be hemorrhiods. He prescribed a cream that made the pain worse. another doctor said that it might be fungul infection and the doctor prescribed Loprox cream for me that made me feel better. I do not have burning sensation around the anus anymore except when I walk and it get sweat there. Also, I have some pain when I set and when I have bowel movement. I feel some pain there when I press with my fingers on that area.

I have suffering from anxiety for 8 months as well but it has been improving.
