I am not sure why you have not showed it to your Obstetrician so far. It looks like there must be some kind of infection existing, hence it is better you get in touch with your obg-gyn doctor and discuss the matter in detail. Even though you might have been treated with antibiotics during your caesarian section, but still there is a likelihood of the operative area getting infected again and again. Hence, it is better to show or discuss this matter with your obg-gyn doctor, especially when there is pain and foul odor, which should be attended as early as possible and these things should not be left it like that.
