Mostly pain in and around the belly button is suggestive of acute gastritis.
Are you a female? Your gender is not mentioned.
Any other symptoms? Nausea/vomiting/ heartburn/ loss of appetite?
How is your bowel and bladder habits.
I will just ask all the questions to frame a good reply next time, so that i don't have to ask you other details in follow up. Assuming you're a female ( please ignore if your gender is male ), have you attained menopause? Any evidences of post menopausal bleeding? How were your cycles?
Any other relevant medical history, such as hypertension or diabetes?
