I have gone through your concerns and I can understand what you are going through.
Lamisil has terbinafine and can be taken 2- 4 hours after taking maoi. The problem with MAOI is the wide range of drug interaction. The most common problem is with antidepressants anti epileptics bronchodilators de congestants and anesthetics.

There should be a clear two weeks gap before starting any of these. With lamisil there is no major drug interaction and can be take. 2 - 4 hours after taking MAOI.

Another precaution is to restrict taking cheese and beer. You may take it in small amount but bigger amounts are risky. It precipitates tyramine reaction. Earlier the apprehension with MAOI was more but later on they were proved to be safe drugs.
