Hello im a 19 male circumcised.looking for a urolagist(my english is not that good) and had ocd since the age 12.i came out as i have constantly washed my penis for like 3 times a day with soap bars fierecly.when i was 15 i allways felt as it was never clean becouse of my obssesion so without thinking i started using dishwashing soap for cleaning my penis.i have used it many many times and it really burned my penis usally when peeing.and it allways made me feel as my tip was stabbed for a little while but it was gone after a few hours.and it somtimes cuased my skin there to pill off.today i have less ocd after long treatments but i have no sexual pleasure ans i really fear i have damaged the "pleasure nerves" of my penis and maybe killed some of them.is it true?have i really hurt myself by being a frightend ocd filled child?i also noticed that my skin got hardend days after it pilled of and i think it killed so pleasure from sex.will my skin be soft again or is it permenent damage?

Frequent use of soap or detergent can affect the skin by making it dry, rough and hard.
You can start applying some moisturizer once a day after taking bath. Apply a thin layer .Do not apply if there is wetness after 4-6 hours. DO NOT apply anything else. In around 6 months the skin will start regenerating.
Sensory nerves in penis and penile skin are NOT that superficial to get destroyed by rubbing action. The deep nerves are the ones which bring in the main pleasure sensation. It will be unaffected and so you NEED NOT worry about any loss in sexual pleasure. There mild be mild loss due to the damage to the superficial nerves, but that will not matter much practically.
Keep the skin smooth and supple and sensation will become normal. Use good lubrication for sexual intercourse.
EDIT : Please make sure you are not doing any further damage.

Thank you very much.will i be able yo fix the nerves that had been damaged? And i do belive that during that time i was very sick dishwashing soup dif enter through the opening hole in my penis a few times and it burned there for a little while but was painful.is there a way i did damaged the internal nerves when it happened?

Soap and detergent does not affect the nerves it only make the skin hard , dry and rough. Using moisturizer will decrease the roughness and bring back the sensation.

Thank you.so nerves(internal and superficial ones) shouldnt be damaged at all if it did enter the "inside the penis"and the skin should return to normal in time?this is the last question so i wont waste youre time anymore
Deep ones will not be damaged even if the fluids entered the urinary meatus (hole). Superficial ones might have been damaged to some extend. I will need to have a direct examination to comment more. But orgasam this might not be an issue at all. Plus the sensation might reagin to an extend over time.
