Not itchy pink red blotches on back

I've had a couple of them for a few months. More seem to have developed. They don't seem to grow in size just numbers.

Thanks for posting your query.

From the picture, you seem to be having pityriasis versicolor.

It is due to a superficial fungal infection. It is caused by a fungus, pityrosporum and is completely curable. It recurs only in conditions of heat and humidity but its a very benign thing and gets treated quickly.

The treatment for it would be ketoconazole shampoo in 1:1 dilution, apply it below the neck on the affected areas for 10 minutes before bath daily for a week.

After a week, apply it twice a week for one week in a similar fashion. You will require a prescription for it.
