Firstly, if you had sexual intercourse 2 weeks ago, and there was blood in the toilet, then the possibility is that there was slight penile penetration, and your hymen got ruptured.

In that scenario, if penetration was even attempted, please take a pregnancy test. Otherwise, you could have had a missed period, due to stress, anxiety, weight changes, thyroid hormone disorders etc.

Some conditions like polycystic ovaries, thickening of the endometrium etc also can lead to a missed period.

Being on birth control, or medications like antipsychotics can affect the menstrual cycle.

The slight bleeding you mentioned could be a small vaginal laceration or an anal tear.

It could also be an early and scant period, though that chance is rare.
You need to take a pregnancy test first, if you have never skipped your periods anytime.

If the test is negative, then wait for a few days, and if you do not have your period, schedule an appointment with a Gynaecologist, to have an evaluation of the above possibilities.
