The possible causes of nerve pain in legs could be peripheral neuropathy related to diabetes, and pinching of nerves in the lower back due to slipped discs.
For relief of nerve pain, you could take pregabalin or gabapentin capsules.

sir,for peripheral neuropathy ,what treatment i need, controlling blood suger ,taking treatment for diabetis it can be controlled or not. if i need any surgery or it will be cured by medicines?how long i have to use that medicines? daily 1 or 2 tablets to use

For peripheral neuropathy, you need to control your blood sugar and take medications regularly. Medicines may be needed for 2-3 months. You can take it once daily in the beginning and if needed, it can be increased to two times daily. No surgery is needed for this.

For gabapentin, the starting dose is 100 mg two times daily and depending on the response, it can be increased to 300 mg two times daily.
For pregabalin, the starting dose is 75 mg once daily, and it can be increased to 75 mg two times daily.

Sir,i am using tramadol with paracitamal tablets due to my knee joint pains.is this safe to use gabapentin and tramadol at a time. my right foot is getting swelling some times and when swelling is there my foot became black in colour .this problem i am facing since one year. 2 year ago tunti " operation was done to my left leg.i have no diabetis know......pls suggest medicines to my foot swelling problem

You can take tramadol and gabapentin together.
Leg swelling and colour change are not related to nerves problem, and needs evaluation by a physician.
