The sperm count and motility and morphology ( shape ) are normal.
The only problem is that the sample took too long to liquefy.
That can happen due to a lot of reasons - prolonged abstinence ( long gap between intercourse ), smoking, drinking, tobacco consumption, ageing, infections, blockage of the ducts carrying the sperm, obesity etc.
Please repeat the sample after 3 days of abstinence at a reputed laboratory, preferably another one.
Also, please let me know why was this semen analysis report done ?
IF the repeat testing also shows a similar problem, then you need to consult an Andrologist, and go for proper clinical evaluation of the problem.
That would include an internal physical exam, hormonal levels, scrotal ultrasound scan and further testing if needed to know the reason for the problem.
