Hello, I understand your concern but there is no reason to be worried. Boys attain puberty between the ages 9-18 years. Every boy grows at a different time. Some grow taller than others, but some may not grow that much. Usually boys reach their peak of the growth about half a year after they develop pubic hair. Some grow dramatically taller. During puberty every body has to grow depends on the activity of growth hormone that is controlled by pituitary. If your hands and feet are growing even after puberty that is adulthood, then it is a matter of concern physiologically or medically. Certain medical conditions like Acromegaly, Marfan s syndrome and Eunuchs, there will be spurt of growth of hands, feet and to a certain extent face. In your case, you are just 16 years of old and there is another 2 years left to see whether any changes seen regarding your hand, feet and other parts of the body. I would suggest you to wait and watch and if after 2 years, you still have problems, you can consult your doctor. Thank you.
