My fiancee is showing many signs of pregnancy. She has missed her period 5 times, her breast have gotten bigger as well as her hips and stomach. She's constantly itchy on her abdominal area and breast area. She constantly complains about the pain in her stomach and nipples. She has been eating very minimal because she was gaining so much weight she went from 135lbs to around 165lbs now, and no matter how little she ate she still grew bigger in weight. Her Stomach region when poked or touched she complains about a high amount of pain. Lately when my hands on her stomach in some areas I can feel a bumping feeling against my hand. She's taken many home pregnancy test and had them ready negative, but her mother and grandmother both didn't read positive till the third trimester or till it was labor time.I was just wondering if it's a high possibility that she is?

It is very rare ( unbelievable, almost ) that a pregnancy test would not read positive until the third trimester !!
All the symptoms that your fiancee is having, are suspicious of a pregnancy. She does not HAVE to take a pregnancy test if she is 5 months gone !
Please get an ultrasound scan done at the earliest. It would reveal a well grown fetus if she IS pregnant. Else, it would reveal the cause for her bumpiness and missed period.
