Yes, these symptoms could be a warning sign of TIA ( Transient Ischemic Attack). It is like a 50% probability . Its been few hours since you have posted the query.
It is strongly recommend that YOU SHOULD get medical help asap. (ER / Urgent care). While most of the times the symptoms might disappear , in some rare cases this can evolve into a full fledged stroke.
She will need a CT scan of the brain to be sure.
