IN fact, you should try and expedite your efforts in getting pregnant, before endometriosis flares up.
So aim at active attempts for conception, in the form of follicular monitoring and Intra uterine insemination (IUI).

my LMP was 12 feb
it is 28 day length
my period due is wed 12 mar ( as feb 28 day only )
i have one misscarriage before
i am MTHFR c677t hetro
my dr before told me to take baby aspirin and when i get pregnant take innohep 4500 iu daily
i am taking 200 mcg folic acid and 200 mcg methyl folate , and utrogestan 200 twice daily

Please start the aspirin.
Also, please repeat the B HCG test and go for a transvaginal pelvic ultrasound scan on the 13 th of March if you do not have a period by then.
Start the injectable heparin once your pregnancy gets confirmed.

my period is 28 days length
, i did first Bhcg on Cd 27 was 54
i repeated it the next day after 23 hrs on cd 28 was 97
what do u think please ?
when i should go for my doctor to see sac and heartbeats ?? my period due is tomorrow <
