Hello
Thanks for posting your query.
I am sorry but I can't appreciate anything on the picture as its a bit blurred, could you please send me a clearer one. You could take a photo that's a bit zoomed out. You can include 2 or 3 pictures.
Thank you

I added another photo. I have to take the picture somewhat close up because it is hard to see in a photo.
Hello
Thanks for your reply.
It's difficult to see the spot clearly. From what I could appreciate in the picture, it seems to be what we refer to as melasma. It is a type of pigmentation seen usually following some hormonal changes like pregnancy or oral contraceptive pills.
The other possible diagnosis would be seborrheic keratosis which is like dead skin and is slightly raised above the skin.
The treatment for melasma would be application of lightening agents like hydroquinone .
The treatment for seborrheic keratosis would be burning it out by your dermatologist.
I would recommend that you let your doctor examine it closely and confirm the diagnosis.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care
Edit :
Hello,
I got a message from the support team that you were not happy with the reply.
I would like to add that it doesn't seem to be a cyst. As I mentioned that it could be seborrheic keratosis which can look similar to a cyst. The treatment would be removal by a procedure called radiofrequency.
Fresh fruits, vegetables and drinking more water is surely advisable for overall improvement in skin tone but however it won't directly help in the treatment of your concern.
I would recommend that you get it removed if possible as there is no cream that could resolve it.
Hope this information was helpful. If there is something more you would like to know please let me know.
Take care
