Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have gone through the case history, the issues are progressive increase in weight and proper medications for control of blood pressure.
Before going to the treatment , there are few issues to be treated first.
For your age and height give you should be weighing around 64 kg but her present weight is around 94 kg , which is around 30 kg more , which can be due to
1}Lack of proper exercise and proper food habits , Ideally you should reduce your weight by 1 to 2 kg per month
2}To rule out Thyroid disorders , you have to check Free T3 , Free T4 ,TSH
Most of the cases if weight is reduced ,the blood pressure can be controlled without or minimal medications.
Palpitations can be due to high heart rate or abnormal beats like premature ventricular beats , which can be due thyroid disorder or low hemoglobin
I would suggest to do thyroid profile and hemoglobin and send the reports.
Mean while you can start TAB CONCOR { bisoprolol } 2.5 mg once a day in the morning and tab Tazaloc [ TELMISARTAN } 20 mg once a day at night after food and monitor the blood pressure.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards
Dr Satish
