Resolved question:
I found a lump on my outer labia majora (on my underwear line). It is under the skin. When i grab it it feels as though it's a decent size. It is sometimes painful but usually not. I can squeeze it and it doesn't hurt. It is not a Bartholian cyst, because it is not anywhere near where those glands are located. I also found my inguinial lymph node to be hard like a stone. I'm not sure if the two are related. I have not had sexual intercourse in 4 years, and only had one partner. I'm 26 years old. My insurance doesn't kick in until March 1st. I'm not sure if it's okay to wait until then to see the gyn.

Most likely it is a sebaceous cyst.
This is a blockage of the sebaceous glands, causing the secretions to pile up.
Also, it could be a small infection near the hair follicle ( folliculitis ).
Sometimes Bartholin cysts maybe present in atypical locations.
Other kinds of labial cysts also exist.
As it is not painful, red, swollen, inflamed, or with increased temperature, do not worry.
You can wait until March to get it looked at, but it should be looked at.
Just do not touch or handle it.
Keep the private area clean and dry, change undergarments frequently.
You can try applying local antibiotic ointment over the lump, but nothing else.
Avoid intercourse till it heals.

Ok. What about the swollen lymph nodes? Do you think they are related? Also, how long until this sebaceous cyst goes away?
Yes, swollen nearby lymph nodes could be reactive swelling due to the infection.
Sometimes, it goes away on its own.
At times, antibiotics might be required to resolve them.
Rarely, if antibiotics fail, surgery might be mandated.
